Strangely enough Luke is a foreigner from Queensland. And when he is not getting stuck into Aboriginal people Luke apparently defends the nation at 2CER Enoggera.

Makes you wonder what happened to these people to make them so pathologically xenophobic.
Seems to be a common thread amongst ADF members. A shame, because some genuine Australians that we can be proud of (including migrants) have served with distinction.
The ADF aspect always galls me, the men and women that represent the majority are well adjusted and adaptable people who make allowances for all sorts of situations and people in them. You will notice the majority of the muppets who are racist or xenophobic etc have NOT served overseas or engaged in warlike operations. Those that have don’t subscribe to those views and are more inclined to be receptive to changes and positive thinking on matters like integration and multi racial issues. While a certain component of armed forces life involves dehumanising the “enemy”, the soldiers I dealt with as a reservist were all much more tolerant and did not retain the mindset they had when in actual combat (these were Vietnam era officers, SAS troopers {I was based in WA and we regularly got our arses kicked by the SAS guys on training camps}, Timor and Iraq 1 personnel).A lot of veterans cringe when they hear talk of wogs, boongs, dune coons etc…unfortunately as always, others embrace that mindset and wallow in it. The ADF is getting better, and the entry requirements are tough, maybe a few more high profile sackings will tidy things up even more. As for the confessions page, “don’t use my name”, makes the whole confession invalid, it is not honest, well intentioned or accountable so I guess a large pinch of salt is required for that sort of shit online. Another thing is the proliferation of blog and chat room plants or shills to troll, and cause controversy and derail topics on behalf of vested interests something that should be considered with every post and every page online.
Speaking as an ex-Coles deli worker, it’s not possible to increase prices by putting your thumb on the scale. The weight has to settle for a couple of seconds before the ticket is printed so unless you can apply pressure to the gram for hold it for several seconds, nobody is being defrauded.
And as for stingy, I always found it was the Asian customers who spent the most because of the large amounts of seafood they buy.

Always been fascinated by the believers in racial superiority. They always seem to be their strongest counter-argument. A lot like Goebals, Hitler and their belief in an Aryan master race.
I’m not sure where people get the idea that Asians or immigrants get free housing and jobs handed to them when entering this country… I’m quite proudly First Generation Australian Chinese, notice Australian First as I was born here. My parents came over here and worked their little Asian butts off to buy a house and make sure the kids got a good education. I think this kind of hatred is really bred into people and it’s sad.
I have to admit, I have tight purse strings at the best of times, but to me it just means that I budget… This chick putting her thumb on the scale is an idiot, I can’t believe she justifies ripping people off by saying it’s because they’re cheap. It is this mentality that ensures we all remain segregated and sceptical of each other, and our different lifestyles and belief systems.
